Seals at Blakeney Point by Chris Taylor
The terns and seals of Blakeney Point - a talk by National Trust warden Ed Stubbings
Event details
About the event
National Trust Area Ranger and Coastal Warden Ed Stubbings will deliver a fascinating talk that highlights Blakeney Point as the home to a wildlife spectacle of terns and seals. The Point supports protected species including little tern, avocet and little ringed plover and it is also important in being one of only two places in Norfolk where sandwich terns regularly breed. 2025 was an excellent year for breeding, with little terns raising 120 fledglings, with the highest number of breeding pairs since 2021.
