About the event

Alison and Pauline are two friends inspired by nature and wildlife. They approach their work in a very different way.
Alison uses technical drawing pens, ink and watercolour for her work. The work in this exhibition is mainly from wildlife see in visits to Costa Rica as well as closer to home in Norfolk.
Pauline creates mostly contemporary textile and fibre based work, strongly influenced by nature and countryside. Techniques include hand and machine stitch, collage, printing and dyeing. She is fascinated by the textural potential of simple stitches to create, change and build a working surface.
