Singing robin © Neil Aldridge
Dawn chorus walk at NWT Hickling Broad
About the event
Join our guide for an early morning gentle stroll around NWT Hickling Broad and marshes. It may be an early start but you'll be rewarded with a symphony of birdsong. Species we are almost certain to hear include blackbird, dunnock, robin, sedge and reed warbler, whitethroat, song thrush and if we're lucky, the bass notes of the booming bittern will join the orchestra too.
This walk will cover some uneven ground so please wear sturdy shoes. Please bring binoculars if you have them and prepare yourself for a wonderful performance by the wildlife that calls Hickling Broad its home.
Price includes reserve entry for the day.
