About the event

Wildflowers, birds and insects all respond to the changing seasons. In this seasonal walk join local author and naturalist David North on a stroll around the reserve, looking out for the wildlife arrivals and departures waymarking spring at Cley and Salthouse Marshes. Please note 1km of the walk will be along coastal shingle.

No dogs permitted on the reserve. Visitors with dogs can walk Beach Road, along the shingle bank (northern reserve boundary) and East bank.

Events will take place in all weather conditions unless deemed unsafe. Please ensure that you dress appropriately for the weather with suitable footwear. Please be advised to take caution when walking on a site with open water and ensure that you always remain on the designated paths. Biting insects can be present at certain times of the year and you may choose to apply insect repellent as a precaution. In warmer weather, you may wish to bring a hat, sun cream and water.
