About the event

Murmuration is a collaborative hand-woven tapestry project. Members of the international Waterline project continue their collaboration with a new theme of Murmuration. A new series of handwoven tapestries capturing the marvel of a flock of birds flying closely together, a shape-shifting form creating mesmerising patterns. The tapestries have been designed to follow the movement of the birds, resulting in a coherently shaped composite tapestry, while each section reflects the individuality of each weaver. Some pieces from the Waterline project will be shown alongside.
