Join us for an engaging and informative talk with Julia from Hodmedods Hedgehog Support as she delves into the fascinating seasonal behaviour of hedgehogs. Through a selection of captivating videos—some filmed in rescue settings, others in natural garden environments—you'll witness hedgehogs in action: curling up in defence, engaging in drawn-out courtship rituals, collecting bedding for nests, and more. Find out some practical tips for making your garden hedgehog-friendly.

Know before you go
Dogs
No dogs permitted on the reserve. Visitors with dogs can walk Beach Road, along the shingle bank (northern reserve boundary) and East bank.
As an event attendee, you will be eligible for free parking.
