Nature photography competition - terms and conditions
- If you are aged 16 or under, please ask an adult to submit your photo and provide their contact details.
- Photographs must be your own and not copied or reproduced from elsewhere, that they do not infringe the copyright, other rights of any third party, any laws or have won a prize in any other photographic competition.
- We can only accept photos taken within Norfolk - winning images may be asked for proof of location.
- You may submit a maximum of three images, which must have been taken within the last year.
- Animal welfare comes first - entrants shown to have upset or disturbed wildlife to take a photo will be rejected from this competition.
- Photos taken of captive animals, distressed wildlife and pets will be rejected.
- All entries must be an accurate representation of what the photographer saw at the time. Any extreme digital manipulation will be rejected at the judge’s discretion. Winners may be asked to provide the original, unedited image file. Do not include borders, watermarks or signatures.
- Please upload as hi-res versions of your photos as your internet connection and device will allow.
- By submitting a photograph to the competition, you understand that Norfolk Wildlife Trust reserves the right to use any image submitted to help the conservation of Norfolk’s wildlife. For instance, we might feature them in our promotional leaflets, on social media or in our Tern magazine, or perhaps even include them as part of a resource pack that we send to the media to promote our stories.
- Photos used in the above ways will be credited, and will not be sold to third parties, but no payment will be made for any current or future use by Norfolk Wildlife Trust of images submitted to the competition.
- We want to take good care of your information! We will keep your details secure at all times. We never sell or share your details with any other third party for their own use.
