A free family friendly walk around Cley
Event details
About the event
Come and join us this Christmas holiday on a free guided walk around Cley, looking out for the wildlife that calls it home.
Our young volunteer Oscar will lead a walk around our Cley Marshes reserve, pointing out the wildlife that lives there or is just passing through.
We'll be scanning the skies for our skeins of geese flying overhead and watching for the hundreds of wildfowl and wading birds that blanket the marshes and meadows. Along the way, we'll be on the lookout for some smaller wildlife, including water pipits and the wonderfully whiskered bearded reedlings.
This walk is aimed particularly at families who would like to learn more about nature and wildlife in general, and specifically about the birds that can be seen at Cley.
Please note that all under-18s must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
