About the event

Most of us have felt it - the particular kind of calm that comes from being somewhere green and quiet. But why does it work, and why doesn't everyone get access to it? We'll dig into what the evidence actually says about nature and mental health, hear some honest stories about what difference it makes in people's lives, and ask how we make sure the next hundred years of Norfolk's wild spaces are there for everyone - not just those who already know how to find them.

This is an Online event - a link invitation will be sent the morning of the event.

Please join us at 7pm - talk starts at 7.05pm.
