About the event
Readings from the recently published biography of Bernard Bishop by author David North and an opportunity to hear in person from Bernard some of his many stories, insights and observations about the reserve. Bernard was born in Watcher's Cottage, the house that Norfolk Naturalists Trust built when his father became Cley warden. He lives in the same house today, overlooking the marshes. For those attending, books will be available for sale at a discount.
Lunch is included in the ticket price.

Dogs
No dogs permitted on the reserve. Visitors with dogs can walk Beach Road, along the shingle bank (northern reserve boundary) and East bank.

Tickets are non-refundable unless the event or activity is cancelled by Norfolk Wildlife Trust. In the event that Norfolk Wildlife Trust has to cancel an event or activity due to low numbers, extreme weather conditions or other circumstances beyond our control, we will inform you at the earliest opportunity and will offer a full refund.
