About the event

Join Wymondham Nature Group for a hands-on workshop where you’ll learn how to build your own bat or bird box to support local wildlife. This practical outdoor session is perfect for anyone interested in nature conservation and creating habitats for birds and bats in their gardens. Participants are asked to bring their own wood (15cm x 180cm). If you’re unable to bring materials, wood can be supplied on the day at cost. As the workshop takes place outdoors, please come prepared with warm clothing and sturdy footwear. Two sessions are available:
Morning: 10:00 – 12:30
Afternoon: 13:30 – 16:00
