About the event

Georgia Shackleton presents music from her new album From the Floorboards, joined by guitarist Aaren Bennett, marking 125 years since her ancestor Ernest Shackleton’s Antarctic voyage with Scott on The Discovery. At the heart of the album is the Shackleton Violin, crafted from floorboards of Ernest's former home. Blending original compositions with historic songs, the concert evokes oceans, wildlife, and fragile coastlines. Honouring past exploration while reflecting on the urgent environmental challenges facing our seas today.

Doors open and bar at 6.30pm.
