About the event

Join us for a guided walk led by Frank Street, Site Manager for Nattergal, following his talk earlier in March. This special visit offers an opportunity to explore the remarkable progress made across this 292-hectare wet fenland restoration site.

As Frank leads us across the landscape, you’ll discover the natural treasures that are emerging as a result of careful peatland restoration. Along the way, he will share insights into the work already achieved, the ecological importance of the site, and the long-term vision driving the project forward.

Learn about the ambitions to restore this vital peatland habitat and enhance species richness, creating a thriving, biodiverse environment for wildlife and future generations alike.

Please note that there is some uneven and wet ground at the site.
