About the event

How might artists engage with and support the natural world?

Join us for exciting presentations and discussions by artist Sean Roy Parker and the Great Yarmouth-based ‘conditions apply’ collective, who will explore their work and ways we can creatively support nature's recovery.

About the speakers:

Sean Roy Parker is a visual artist, environmental educator and fermenting enthusiast living in East Midlands, UK. Through spending deep time connecting with (beyond) human beings through various strands of slow primary research - wild food, walking, eating, fermentation, composting, writing - Roy non-judgementally observes interwoven ecologies that are limited by capitalcentric frameworks and immerses himself in the undergrowth alliance.

and

Led by Joanna Holland with Caroline Cardus, Genevieve Rudd, and Ellery Child, the ‘conditions apply’ collective prioritises access and community through gently inviting participants to explore their shared lived experiences of nature through co-creation.

This talk aims to provide inspiration and guidance for anyone interested in creative solutions and responses to the biodiversity crisis. There will be time for questions and discussions at the end.

Part of our Wild Youth Action Tuesday Talks programme for ages 11-30.

This is an Online event - a link invitation will be sent 1 week before.

Please join us at 6pm - talk starts at 6.05pm.
