About the event

Step into the heart of the Yare Valley and uncover the inspiring work of the Yare Valley Meadow Makers on this relaxed, guided walk. Along the way, you’ll explore newly created meadows that are transforming the landscape—boosting biodiversity, providing vital stepping stones for wildlife, and bringing nature closer to the communities who live here. Also find out about the future plans the group has.

Learn how these green spaces are becoming better for nature, hear the stories behind how the plants and pollinators are returning to the urban side of the Yare valley, and find out how local people are getting involved in shaping a wilder, more connected future.
