Operation Randall is an initiative by the Norfolk Constabulary focused on tackling rural and wildlife crime in Norfolk. PC Chris Shelley will give an illustrated talk about how wildlife and rural crime can have a significant impact on species conservation, animal welfare, local livelihoods and the environment and what to do if you suspect rural or wildlife crime.
