Update your membership
If you wish to make any of the following changes, please email us at: firstname.lastname@example.org
, including your name and membership number or postcode. Or you can telephone 01603 625540 during office hours.
- Cancel a membership*
- Amend your postal address or email address
- Amend your membership name/s
- Amend your subscription type or amount paid
- Amend your payment method (Do not email us bank details. Ask us for a Direct Debit form and we will send one to you by email or post)
- Request a replacement membership card
*If you pay by Direct Debit, and would be due to make a payment within a week’s time, you should also contact your bank to cancel your Direct Debit instruction to ensure it is not collected.
