Sam Mugford from the John Innes Centre will talk about aphids and other sap-sucking insects, especially about many fascinating aspects of their biology including (but not limited to) their curious sex-lives and extraordinary toilet habits. Hopefully, the audience will come away seeing these bugs as more than just a nuisance in the garden.
