Norfolk Wildlife (NWT) Trust is a registered charity (no 208734) founded in 1926. It is also a private company limited by guarantee (no 217388). Our governing document is the Memorandum and Articles of Association and our governing body is the Council of Trustees, comprising the Trustees (the Company Directors).

Norfolk's nature, our beautiful landscape, our agricultural economy, and our people's health are increasingly threatened by climate change, by land-use pressures and by unsustainable development. We have a clear plan of action for the UK government to defend and restore nature – and we need your help to get the message across.

Norfolk Wildlife Trust is a registered charity and the oldest Wildlife Trust in the country. It was established in 1926 and we now manage over 60 nature reserves and other protected sites around the county.

Each year, we produce two reports describing the activity that has taken place during the past year.

The Impact Report is a short graphical document produced for our members and other stakeholders. The Report & Audited Financial Statements is the more detailed statutory document.
