A member of the warden team will lead you on a guided walk from the Holme Dunes visitor centre along the coast path overlooking the beach spotting birds, including migrating birds and in particular the wading birds that call Holme Beach home for winter months such as Oystercatchers, Curlews, Redshanks and a host of others.
The event is for all ages and bird watching experience, though optical aids such as Binoculars are highly recommended. Feel free to bring a Telescope/Camera if you wish. The walk will take roughly 1.5-2hrs.
NWT members gain free entry and Non-members must obtain a reserve ticket available from the Visitor centre/ticket box.
