This multi-sensory experience incorporates a pre-recorded half-hour session of mindful appreciation of the many benefits of being in Nature. What better to way to de-stress after a busy weekend with the family, and to mentally prepare yourself for all the challenges that the week ahead might throw at you?
This is a free event, and further sessions can be booked on Mondays 10th, 17th and 24th June. You can book for just one session or all of them, but please cancel any bookings if you can't make them, so that others can use your place.
Throughout June The Wildlife Trusts hold their annual 30 Days Wild campaign. Participants are required to do one random act of wildness every day throughout the month of June. You could decide to embrace this weekly event as one of your wild acts this year.
