Norfolk Wildlife Services welcomes a fresh but familiar face as a new look team is ready to help with ecological expertise.
The consultancy provides expert advice and guidance on a whole range of topics such as protected species and planning requirements, wildlife surveys, environmental impact assessments, green infrastructure design, tree management services, conservation land management advice and more.
What separates NWS from other ecological consultancies is not only its commitment to providing excellent quality services with integrity and client focus at its heart, but the fact that its profits go directly to supporting Norfolk Wildlife Trust’s work to protect Norfolk’s wildlife for the future.
With aspirations of expanding its advisory role, NWS is pleased to announce the involvement of Brendan Joyce OBE as a consultant to help with business development. As the
former Chief Executive of Norfolk Wildlife Trust for more than 23 years, Brendan brings his advice and experience to the very experienced team of ecologists and associates.
The NWS Board thanks outgoing manager, Chris Smith who is moving on after almost 20 years working for the consultancy. During that time Chris provided exceptional technical advice particularly in protected species management.
Director of Norfolk Wildlife Services, Pamela Abbott said: “We are extremely pleased to have Brendan’s input to the consultancy. Norfolk Wildlife Services has huge potential to enhance its excellent, expert and well informed ecological services and is able to draw on all the expertise within Norfolk Wildlife Trust and also other ecological experts within Norfolk as whole. The fact that all profits go to the Trust makes it a unique and worthwhile cause. We have an ambition to grow Norfolk Wildlife Services into the most prestigious ecological consultancy in the county, matching the respect and reputation of the charity, Norfolk Wildlife Trust.”
