Management planning

Management planning needs to move beyond paper documents and become practically possible.

Drawing on the experience of our staff, we can supervise a project from its initial ideas and scoping work to final implementation and long-term management. As well as standard management plan documentation we can also offer systems and spatial analysis techniques for a greater insight into management issues. NWS can offer advice to:

• Create management plans for developers and local authorities to use in Section 106 agreements
• Compile simple management plans required for heathland and other habitats and to support applications for Higher Level Stewardship (HLS) agreements
• Complete management plans in NCC/CCW format for the purposes of an agreement with Natural England
• Undertake complex planning and financial analysis for large scale projects such as habitat restoration plans
