When to see - January

The first month of the year can provide a variety of different weather from crisp, bright days to snow, rain or hail. Spring may seem a long way off but this is often a good time of year to spot wildlife as the trees are bare, so provide little cover for secretive birds and animals are actively finding food to help them survive the winter.
